200 computers is no small undertaking ... no way.
Your question has too many unknown variables. What is the server uses? How much traffic is there? How is the network to be segmented? Inside vs. outside the bandwidth requirements?
A single server can in this role, with limited use, or you can have a job, need some of the specific server. If you have a cluster, which most probably already know.
