Vacuum Sealants are great, love the meat is frozen, the bags are expensive and are not cheap, but work well.
I bought a vacuum sealing means $ 5 at a garage sale. Works great. I bags at Walmart. I am convinced that the elimination of the air to prevent frostbite. I still use zip-lock bags for storage in the short or something that will in one or two weeks. Corté vacuum bags along the trim and wash and reuse. Marinade used in the placement of the bags and vacuum sealer is a faster way to get the flavor into the meat faster.
