Vacuum Sealants are great, love the meat is frozen, the bags are expensive and are not cheap, but work well.

I bought a vacuum sealing means $ 5 at a garage sale. Works great. I bags at Walmart. I am convinced that the elimination of the air to prevent frostbite. I still use zip-lock bags for storage in the short or something that will in one or two weeks. Corté vacuum bags along the trim and wash and reuse.
